This little three piece outfit is delightful for its simplicity.  Styled from a typical Edwardian design, the Effie Christening set is made from authentic vintage fabrics and trims of that period.

The gown has a short yoke with vertical lace panelling which joins a delightful full skirt by tiny gathers.  The skirt gives this gown its beauty.  It is created using a fine  vintage Edwardian silk that has a wonderful embroidered design covering half the length and flows into a beautiful scalloped edging.  

The accompanying jacket is again simple but made stunning with the choice of fabric. Vintage voile with a tiny embroidered rose  pattern  has been used to create  this dainty item.  The cap in matching voile completes the ensemble.
