Little Doves prides itself on creating a selection of outfits that will be sure to suit every little boy. We have a lovely selection of rompers whether you prefer a classic style like the James Romper, or something more traditional like the Joseph Romper. And for that little bit extra luxury take a look at the Charles Romper with its hand embroidered bodice. An alternative to the romper is the delightful suit featured towards the end of the page.

All the christening gowns featured in the Classic Collection can also be excellent choices for boys, in particular the Hazel Christening Gown and the Rachel Christening Gown. But have you ever thought of chosing a romper and gown all in one? Take a look at the Fulham Boy Gown and Romper to see this unique outfit. Your baby can be christened in a gown and then following the ceremony the skirt can be removed and your baby is left wearing a romper, perfect for the celebrations afterwards.

And finally for 2010 we present our showcase romper, the Edward Romper. This couture silk dupion romper is created in a sailor style complete with detachable collar.... sheer elegance.

All the garments shown are available from 0 to 18 months. Once your order is placed, Little Doves will contact you for measurements of your baby. Your garment will then be created to fit those measurements. Unless otherwise requested your outfit will be created three weeks prior to the date of baptism.

The Boys' Christening Jacket is a lovely addition to the Little Doves Boys Collection. It can be designed to compliment any of the rompers featured within the collection but here we show it with the Hayden design. The jacket is simple in style, it has straight sides and the fronts meet without fastening so that the detail of the romper bodice beneath can be seen. The collar is sailor style and decorated in the same style as the romper.

A wonderful new addition to the Little Doves' Boys Collection. The Hayden Christening Romper is made from silk and has the most wonderful applique flower decoration on the front bodice. The bodice also features fine pintucks as well. A shirt collar and short sleeves with turn up detail compliments the design. Knee-length legs are pleated into the waist and fasten with poppers underneath. The legs are softly gathered into cuffs. All in all a beautiful classic design made exquisive with the applique.

This delightful romper is one of Little Doves' classics but with twist, the introduction of silver trim to the bodice decoration. Created from 100% pure silk dupion this little number is sure to be a winner for summer baptisms. The bodice is decorated with alternating rows of pintucks and vintage braid. The braid has been embroidered with silver thread and silver edged satin ribbon has been inserted to the sides of the braid for added interest. The knee length legs are gently gathered into tiny pleats to fit the waistband. Short sleeves with pintuck trim and a shirt collar finish this romper off beautifully.

The Lewis Christening Gown is made from 100% pure silk dupion and the main attention is focused on the front panel that is decorated with hand embroidered musical notes. The notes swirl upwards from the base of the skirt towards the front bodice. The skirt is pleated and joins the bodice at the waist. A small front panel is centre to the bodice. Robings decorate both bodice and skirt panel and these are adorned with vintage trim. The robings also contain an inverted pleat to ensure the embroidery stands out on the gown.

An idyllic silk gown created to replicate the grandeur of the Edwardian era. Made from 100% silk habatoi, this gown oozes class. The overskirt has an understated hemline comprising a double row of tiny pintucksand a single row of fine Swiss lace. Three vertical Swiss lace panels travel up the front of the skirt to the yokeband. The underskirt is edged in narrow lace. Both skirts join the yoke with tiny gathers.
